The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhaptiyahi P.S.Case No.124 of 2014 registered under Sections 341, 307/34 IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It has been alleged by the informant that the petitioner and other co-accused persons came near his father-in-law and co-accused Kashinder Mangraita fired upon him and the petitioner was a member of the mob.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no specific allegation for causing any injury on the victim. It has further been submitted that the allegation of causing injury on the victim is against one Kashinder Mangraita. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 8.2.2015.

Having considered the aforesaid facts, the petitioner , named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Bhaptiyahi P.S.Case No.124 of 2014.
