JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-03-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being husband of the victim has renewed his prayer for bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B,201 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing the sister of the informant after about two years of marriage for non-fulfillment of dowry demand and disposing of the dead body.
Report of the learned trial court dated 9.3.2017 at Flag- X suggests that four prosecution witnesses have already been examined, warrants have been issued against remaining witnesses and the trial is likely to be concluded within a period of six months. Considering the present stage of the trial, this court is not inclined to revise the earlier order. The prayer of the petitioner
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33783 of 2016 (3) dt.29-03-2017 2/2 for grant of bail is rejected in connection with S.T. No. 319 of 2015 arising out of Nanpur P.S. Case No. 270 of 2014 pending in the court of learned ADJ III, Sitamarhi.
This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
