Two liters of country made wine along with one machine were seized for which petitioner happens to be under custody since 09.04.2016.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner, Boloram Hansda is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Case No. CC 146 of 2016.
