The petitioner has been taken into custody on account of misuse of privilege of bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to certain unforeseen circumstances, the petitioner could not present himself in the Court below, therefore, his earlier bail bonds have been cancelled and he has been taken into custody. It is further submitted that the petitioner's absence from court was not deliberate rather the same has been occasioned on account of circumstances beyond his control for which he sincerely regrets. It is further submitted that he shall present himself before the Court below on each and every date and shall not create any hindrance in furtherance of the trial.

Be that as it may and in view of the fact that the petitioner undertakes to appear on each and every date, let the
