It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that in the cause title of the petition, the district of the petitioner has wrongly been typed as Sitamarhi in place of Sheohar. In view of the above, in the cause title of the order dated 7.7.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No.31047 of 2017, let the district of the petitioner be read as Sheohar in place of Sitamarhi. The order dated 7.7.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No.31047 of 2017 is modified to the extent as indicated above.
