The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Birpur P.S.Case No.153 of 2014 registered under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant has alleged that some culprits broken his motor cycle and stolen articles kept in the dickey. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and in course of investigation, the petitioner is said to have been implicated in the case. There is no eye witness of the occurrence and that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. The petitioner has clean antecedent and is in custody since 2.2.205. On behalf of the State, it has been stated that the petitioner's name transpired in course of the investigation. Having considered the aforesaid facts, the petitioner , named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial
