On getting proper information and direction at the end of the Superintendent of Police, Rohtas, a raiding party was constituted and raid was conducted in a forest, none was apprehended. However, the articles as per seizure list were seized. Furthermore, it is evident that superior police officials have received the aforesaid activity to be taken by the group of Ajay Rajbhar of which, Ram Dular Kharwar @ Nawal, Binod Singh, Bhardul Singh, Musa Mushar along with 50-60 were actively involved.
Considering the nature of the allegation coupled with the fact that on the relevant places including that of seizure list,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27423 of 2016 (02) dt.11-07-2016 there happens to be interpolation, petitioner, Bhardul Singh, who is under custody since 05.12.2015, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Mr. Divesh Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dehri-onsone, Rohtas in connection with Nauhatta P. S. Case no.15 of 2015.
