Learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioner, after some argument, seeks permission to withdraw this application with a liberty to approach the court below by invoking Section 127 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. He has submitted that there is still chance of amicable settlement between the parties.

No.788 of 2014 (4) dt.12-01-2017 2/2 Considering the above submission, the Court observes that if any application, under Section 127 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, has been filed before the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Aurangabad, he shall keep in mind this aspect also and explore the possibilities of re-union of the petitioner and opposite party No. 2. Such liberty shall also be available to opposite party No. 2. This application is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
