The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 406 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of the N.I. Act. The complainant alleged that he agreed to purchase a City ride bus of the petitioner and made payment of Rs. 7,50,000/- but the petitioner later on refused to sell the bus and gave a cheque of Rs. 4,25,000/- but the same was not honoured. The petitioner undertakes to return the money for which he had given a cheque to the complainant within two months from the date of his release and, on such undertaking, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri
