Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 25 (I-B) a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

One country made loaded pistol and mobile phone are said to have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner when the petitioner along with three others had gone to collect ransom amount of a kidnapping case.

Petitioner is in jail custody since 26.1.2016 and submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the petitioner was caught on mere suspicion and, as a matter of fact, nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two
