ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 19-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the Informant. The petitioners are in custody since 23.05.2017 in connection with Patori P.S. Case No. 418 of 2016 for the offence registered under Sections 147, 148, 324 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that considering all allegations at best, the petitioners can be considered to be the members of the crowd. There is no specific allegation against the petitioners nor has any role been attributed to them. It is further submitted that the order giver of the present case has since been extended the privilege of bail vide order dated 04.07.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28268 of 2017.
