2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Petitioner along with other accused persons are said to have committed cyber crime by forming an organized gang.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that the petitioner has been made accused in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. He submits that similarly situated co-accused has already been granted bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 19.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 81145 of 2023. He further submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58066 of 2024(2) dt.14-08-2024 2/2 para-3 of the bail application and he is languishing in judicial custody since 03.07.2024.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Barbigha P.S. Case No. 433 of 2023.
