The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case under sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that three accused persons on the point of pistol took away gold chain, mobile phone and cash of the informant.

The petitioner submits that he has been implicated in the case on confession of co-accused with whom he was having legal disputes.
