The petitioner seeks bail in Chandramandi P.S. Case No. 67/2014 registered for the offence under different sections of the Arms Act.

The police raided the house of the petitioner and one country made rifle was recovered.

It is submitted that petitioner is an old man. His son Anil Paswan is also made accused. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner has already remained in jail for about six months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
