This is an application for regular bail in connection with Keoti P. S. Case no. 15 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is that they assaulted nephew of the informant while he was going on motorcycle. Injuries received by the injured are simple in nature. They are in custody since 26.07.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-VII,
