Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that earlier petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by order dated 06.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 56995 of 2018, whereby petitioner was directed to surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order, but the petitioner could not surrender within time.

In view of the reasons assigned in the petition, four weeks further time from the date of receipt of this order is allowed to the petitioner to surrender in the court below. This modification application is accordingly, allowed. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) vinita/- U T
