Petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant named the petitioner and alleged that his daughter was kidnapped. The informant also named Bharat Choudhary and alleged that he enticed her daughter for the purpose of marrying her. There is no allegation of kidnapping against the petitioner. The victim disclosed in her statement made under section 164 Cr.P.C. that the petitioner dropped her to the house of Bharat Choudhary but she did not complaint any ill-treatment by the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner is in jail custody since 8.10.2014, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, in connection with Mansi P.S.Case No.147 of 2014.
