The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Madhepura S.C./S.T. P.S. Case No. 13 of 2014 registered under Sections 341, 323, 376, 380, 504, 511 and 34 of Indian Penal Code as well as Section 3(1)(x)(xi) of SC/ST Act.

There is allegation of attempt to commit rape against the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that one of the co-accused Bipin Kumar Yadav having similar allegation has been granted bail by this Court and the case of the petitioner is on similar footing.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura, in connection with Madhepura S.C./ST P.S. Case No. 13 of 2014.
