2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 332, 333, 353, 224, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The case of the prosecution is that police had gone to apprehend Sandeep Kumar and this petitioner and they were apprehended by police. It is alleged that after this, altogether 11 persons arrived and assaulted the police and released them from the custody of the police.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has falsely been implicated in this case. Learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58552 of 2025(2) dt.27-08-2025 2/2 petitioner has submitted that there is no allegation against this petitioner that he has assaulted anybody. He has also submitted that similarly situated other co-accused persons have been granted bail by learned co-ordinate Benches of this Court vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 4904 of 2025, 31399 of 2025 and 72992 of 2024. The case of this petitioner stands on similar footing. Moreover, he is languishing in judicial custody since 02.06.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of regular bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Shankarpur P.S. Case No. 93 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-I, Madhepura with a condition that the petitioner shall remain present in the trial court whenever required.
