JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 17-08-2016 Keeping in mind the report of the A.D.J.-III, Danapur dated 10.08.2016 in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No.317 of 2013, the argument of the defence is required to be made now. The prosecution has already finished his submissions. In view of the same, the trial has reached a critical juncture and the Court may not be inclined to pass any order granting bail to the petitioner. It will be in the interest that the defence finishes its argument so that the necessary judgment can be rendered. This application is dismissed.
