21-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Petitioner has made unsuccessful attempt to commit theft in the house of informant and for that, is under custody since 12.06.2017 having no criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner Meghnath Sahani is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Dumariaghat P.S.
