The petitioner is languishing in custody since 25.12.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the accused persons including the petitioner were robbing one person when the protest was made then this petitioner assaulted with the barrel of rifle to the informant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the injury of the informant has been found to be
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10033 of 2015 (02) dt.19-03-2015 2/2 simple in nature.
A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Rajepur P.S. Case No. 127 of 2014.
