2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to make necessary correction in para-2 of the supplementary affidavit in course of the day.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 365, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act.

4. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no such occurrence as alleged ever took place. He is quite

The allegation levelled against the petitioner is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. He submits that charges have been framed against the petitioner on 02.09.2024. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and has been languishing in custody since 23.04.2024.

6. Learned APP for the State opposed the bail petition.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Budhhuchak P.S. Case No. 109 of 2023.

8. The petitioner shall remain physically present in court on each and every date during trial and in the event of failure on two consecutive dates without sufficient reasons, his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled by the learned court concerned.
