The petitioner is languishing in custody since 15.11.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

From the possession of the petitioner one loaded country made pistol along with four live cartridges and a mobile were recovered.

Considering the period under custody, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist
