The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case under sections 420, 120B, 467, 468, 469 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner submits that the matter relates to a dispute regarding sale of a motorcycle and the parties have compromised the issue.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender, let the petitioner as mentioned above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Naugachia, district Bhagalpur in Ismailpur Police station Case No. 30 of 2011. (Samarendra Pratap Singh, J) Shashi.
