2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Pachpakri P.S. Case No. 68 of 2024 instituted under Sections 30(a) and 41(1) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 17.700 litres of Nepali liquor has been recovered from the Orchard situated near the house of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is lady. Learned counsel submits that the name of the petitioner has been transpired on the basis of secret information. Petitioner has no concern with the alleged seized liquor or the place from where the liquor was seized. Learned counsel further submits that no incriminating article has been

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise Court No. 1, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Pachpakri P.S. Case No. 68 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S., 2023.
