JUSTICE AMARESH KUMAR LAL ORAL ORDER 26-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State through C.B.I.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 120B, 420, 467, 468 and 471 IPC and Section 13(2)e/w 13(1)(c) & (d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act.

Considering that the petitioner is in custody since 19.6.2014 and the entire case is based on documentary evidence which has already been collected and the petitioner undertakes to never default in appearance as also his elder brother, Mahesh Prasad Sinha, undertakes his responsibility and in similar facts and circumstances co-accused Ravi Bhushan Singh has been granted bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 4545 of 2014, let the above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11022 of 2015 (6) dt.26-06-2015 2/2 named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, C.B.I., Ist, Patna /court concerned in Special Case No. 9 of 2012, RC 02320 12 A 0016 dt. 27.7.2012 with following conditions:-

1. The petitioner will not indulge himself in similar or any other offence.

2. One of the bailors must be the close relative of the petitioner.

3. The petitioner will be well represented in the Court on each and every date and in case of absence for two consecutive dates or in case of violation of terms of bail, his bail bond would be liable to be cancelled by the learned Court concerned.
