Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court and again this Court is not inclined to release the petitioner on bail taking note of his criminal antecedent and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 117 of 2016 arising out of Salkhua P.S. Case No. 84 of 2013 pending in the court of 1st Additional Sessions Judge,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35655 of 2016 (2) dt.28-09-2016 2/2 Saharsa stands rejected.
