The petitioner seeks his bail in Beldour P.S.Case No.221 of 2014 registered under Sections 25 (1-B) A, 26 of the Arms Act. The informant alleged that on secret information that some miscreants are moving in the market for committing crime, he rushed to the spot and apprehended the petitioner and on search, one country made pistol and eight live cartridges were recovered from his possession.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that from possession of the petitioner one country made pistol and eight live cartridges are said to have been recovered. It is submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 13.12.2014.

On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Anjani Kumar Godh, Judicial
