Taking into consideration that looted mobile sets are said to have been recovered from possession of these petitioners but having similar allegation, one co-accused namely, Ramu Kewat has already been granted privilege of bail by this court, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District & Session Judge, Lakhisarai in connection with Kiul Rail P.S.Case No. 69 of 2014.
