The petitioner seeks bail in Narayanpur P.S. Case no. 51 of 2014 registered for the offences publishable under 25(1-b)/26 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner Shivji Baitha and Hiramani Devi were apprehended by the police and on search country made carbine was recovered from the possession of the petitioner Shivji Baitha and one country made carbine was recovered from the possession of Hiramani Devi. Hiramani Devi has already been enlarged on bail. The petitioner is in jail since 01.08.2014. The petitioner has already been remained in jail for more than seven months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten
