JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 23-08-2017 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court in Cr.Misc.No.26377 of 2017, vide order dated 22.6.2017 with an observation that petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge in this case. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that charge has been framed in this case, as such, this application has been filed for grant of bail. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

Having heard both sides and considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to

No.40002 of 2017 (2) dt.23-08-2017 2/2 the satisfaction of A.D.J-IV-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Patna in connection with Dulhin Bazar P.S.Case No. 49 of 2017, subject to the condition that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned and he will co-operate in trial and appear on each and every date fixed in the case, failing which his bail bond shall be cancelled.
