The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Semra P. S. Case No. 41 of 2021, instituted for the offences under Sections 363, 366(A), 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 31.05.2021, charge-sheet has been submitted, is a person with clean antecedent. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the informant alleges that his minor daughter was enticed and taken away by one Dipu Kumar Patel for the purpose of marriage. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. In fact, petitioner is the brother of Dipu Kumar Patel and the victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has disclosed that her age as 18 years and has not supported the prosecution case. She also states that she wants to go with Dipu Kumar Patel.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 31.05.2021, charge-sheet has been submitted and has clean antecedent, victim has not supported prosecution case, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions JudgeVII-Cum-Special Judge, POCSO, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Semra P.S.
