JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 01-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 207 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379 and 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been contended that apart from Section 324 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code all other sections are bailable in nature. The alleged incident of occurrence is said to have taken place on 10th May, 2013 at 7 p.m. but the fardbeyan was recorded on 12.5. 2013 at 4.15 p.m. and the FIR was registered on 6.7.2013.

No.36226 of 2014 (2) dt.01-04-2015 2 / 2 Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from today, let the petitioner be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/0 (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 207 of 2013 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
