JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is named in the first information report and it is stated that she along with co-accused Rishi Kumari assaulted the deceased with bricks and when the deceased fell down on earth the other accused badly assaulted with lathi and Danda. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also keeping in mind that petitioner is a lady, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No. 104 of 2014.
