Mr. UMESH LAL VERMA ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE DR. JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 21-09-2017 I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 30 (a)/38/41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is contended that, as per allegation, 55 cartons foreign liquor were recovered from a brick kiln. Petitioner claims that he is having clean antecedent and is in custody since 16.8.2017. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Nalanda at Biharsharif, in connection with Tharthari P.S. Case No. 104/2016.
