The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sono (Charkha Pathar) P.S. Case No. 210 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the FIR petitioner caused grievous injury to the informant.

It is submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation. Due to land dispute petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Counsel for the informant however vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of injury, I
