Taking into consideration that 20.250Kg Charas is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner, accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with N.D.P.S Case No. 90 of 2012 , pending in the court of Special Judge, East Champran stands rejected.
