JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner happens to be mother-in-law of the deceased and it is submitted on behalf of petitioner that the informant participated in the cremation of deceased but subsequently, at the behest of enemies of the petitioner, the informant lodged this case against the petitioner and others, when they failed to fulfill the demand of the informant. It is further submitted that moreover, co-accused namely, Arvind Kumar @ Arvind Kumar Singh, who happens to be brother-in-law of the deceased has already been granted privilege of bail and, similarly,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33980 of 2016 (4) dt.09-09-2016 2/2 husband of the deceased has been released on bail by Juvenile Justice Board.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sanokhar (Amdanda) P.S.
