Petitioner being father-in-law of the deceased is in jail custody since 25.6.2014 in a case registered under sections 304B, 201/34 of the IPC.

According to the prosecution case itself, marriage of the deceased was solemnized in the year 2008 and she spent her married life for near about 5 years in her matrimonial home. The husband of deceased has already been remanded to judicial custody. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Adhoc.
