The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 224, 353 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that 109 grams and 3.10 miligrams narcotic drugs are recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 19.06.2018. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has remained in custody for more than one year. The petitioner will co-operate during trial.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Ramnagar P.S. case No.300 of 2016.
