The petitioner is languishing in custody since 25.09.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1)(v)(x) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

It is alleged that all the accused persons caught hold of the mother of the informant and assaulted her. The specific accusation of assaulting with spade is against co-accused Sunil Rai. Post mortem report reflects two sharp cut injuries on the head of the mother of the informant.

Considering the specific accusation against co-accused Sunil Rai, Rajdeo Rai and other have been granted bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 8095

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Danapur, Patna, in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 498 of 2014.
