JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 07-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Aurai P.S. Case No. 100 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 30(a), 35(a) and 38 of Bihar Liquor Prohibition Act, 2016.

It has been submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

It is alleged that 32 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from possession of this petitioner which was kept in a room. The police has mentioned that on arrest, he confessed that he used to sell the said illicit liquor.

Petitioner is said to be in custody since 6.6.2017. Considering the fact that petitioner is in custody since

Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Excise Act, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Aurai P.S.
