====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-09-2023 Heard Mr. Sanjay Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Murli Dhar, learned APP for the State.

2. Petitioner has filed the present application for modification of the order dated 07.07.2023 to the extent that four weeks further time be granted to the petitioner to furnish bail bond before the court below.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 07.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25898 of 2023, but he could not furnish bail bond on the date specified as at that time he was in Maharashtra and he was informed late by the pairvikar of the case. Thereafter, the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57519 of 2023(2) dt.15-09-2023 2/2 immediately arranged railway ticket and arrived on 05.08.2023, but due to delay of one day, his bail bond could not be accepted.

4. Considering the aforesaid submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the order dated 07.07.2023 is modified to the extent that four weeks' further time is granted to the petitioner to furnish bail bond from the date of the order.

5. The other parts of the order dated 07.07.2023 shall remain intact.
