JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-03-2015 The five petitioners who belong to one family including the lady therein, apprehend their arrest in Katoria (Jaipur) P.S. Case no. 99 of 2014 instituted under sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the informant and the petitioners run their shop in the local Hatia, adjacent to each other and in relation to that this dispute arose. Be that as it may, in the event of arrest or surrender of the petitioners above named within four weeks from today, they shall be released on bail on furnishing bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the
