Petitioner is in jail custody since 21.05.2016 on the accusation that he created nuisance at the public place in an inebriated condition and 20 mm. Rum, kept in a bottle, was recovered from his conscious possession Considering the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Surajgarha P.S.Case No. 102 of 2016.
