Perused the case diary and the supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioners.

Considering the fact that the police has submitted its report, contained in Final Report No. 171 of 2015, exonerating the petitioner in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 166 of 2013.

In view of the above, this application shall stand disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh application for pre-arrest bail.
