Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bagaha Patkhauli P.S.Case No. 296 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66(c) of I.T. Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he misused face book I.D. of one IAS officer and collected huge amount from informant and thereby cheated him.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated in this case being a General Secretary of political party and he is ready to deposit the amount. Heard learned APP also, who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48824 of 2018 (2) dt.25-08-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of allegation made in FIR, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, rather petitioner to surrender and make prayer for regular bail, which shall be considered on the basis of materials available on record.
