1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners were granted the privilege of anticipatory bail by an order dated 19.07.2024 in Cr. Misc. No.48201 of 2024 by a learned Coordinate Bench. It is next submitted that in Cr. Misc. No.48201 of 2024, the petitioners were described as Bhushan Sahni @ Bhushan Kumar Sahni @ Tirki, son of Late Harendra Sahni R/o vill- Chak Sikandar, P.S. Tajpur, Distt. Samastipur and Chandan Kumar @ Chandan Sahni, son of Late Harendra Sahni, resident of village- Chak Sikandar, P.S. Tajpur, DistrictSamastipur, when it ought to have been Bhushan Sahni @
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59876 of 2024(2) dt.16-12-2024 2/3 Bhushan Kumar Sahni @ Tirki, son of Late Harendra Sahni R/o vill- Jan Mohammadpur, P.S. Sarairanjan, Distt. Samastipur and Chandan Kumar, son of Late Harendra Sahni, resident of village- Jan Mohammadpur, P.S. Sarairanjan, DistrictSamastipur.
3. It is next submitted that petitioners were directed to surrender within a period of four weeks by an order dated 19.07.2024 in Cr. Misc. No.48201 of 2024, but for the said inadvertence caused, the petitioners could not surrender, as such, modification application was filed on 13.08.2024 for modifying the order dated 19.07.2024 in Cr. Misc. No.48201 of 2024 by correcting the description of the petitioners.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, the description of the petitioners shall be read as Bhushan Sahni @ Bhushan Kumar Sahni @ Tirki, son of Late Harendra Sahni R/o villJan Mohammadpur, P.S. Sarairanjan, Distt. Samastipur and Chandan Kumar, son of Late Harendra Sahni, resident of village- Jan Mohammadpur, P.S. Sarairanjan, DistrictSamastipur."
5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, the order dated
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59876 of 2024(2) dt.16-12-2024 3/3 19.07.2024 in Cr. Misc. No.48201 of 2024 is modified to the extent as indicated above.
6. It is made clear that if petitioners surrender on or before 27.12.2024, in that event, their bail bonds shall be accepted.
