The petitioners seek bail in a case under Section 420 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant named Dhaneshwari Devi and Arjun Prasad, who took money from him for executing a sale deed but, in the meantime, both the petitioners came and took the money from Dhaneshwari Devi and Arjun Prasad. The informant became suspicious and got the money back. It transpired that Dhaneshwari Devi and Arjun Prasad impersonated themselves in order to cheat the informant. The informant did not make any specific allegation against the petitioners.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegations made against the petitioners, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9666 of 2015 (2) dt.24-04-2015 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Patna City in Bypass P.S. Case No. 4 of 2015.
